Won and lost at the kitchen line
Every shot in PickleGame comes from where you stand, how high the ball is and when you swing. The same inputs always give the same shot, so a lost point is something you can fix.
- The kitchen battle
- Dink crosscourt, wait for a ball above the net, then speed it up. Reset the hard ones back into the kitchen. Volley inside the kitchen and it's a fault, just like the real game.
- Footwork that plants
- Split-step as your opponent swings, shuffle along the line, cross over for wide balls and lunge for the last few inches. Feet stay planted on contact instead of sliding.

Earn your Crown Rating
Play 10 calibration matches online and get a Crown Rating from 2.00 to 8.00. Wins matter, and so do rally margins and who you beat. Then climb 30 named ranks across ten divisions, from Newcomer to Kitchen Crown.
Singles and doubles have separate ladders. Low ranks never lose points, so learning is safe.

What is PickleGame?
PickleGame is a 3D pickleball game for iPhone and Android. You play real rallies with dinks, drops, drives, speed-ups and resets, on courts built to official pickleball dimensions, against AI or other players online.
When does PickleGame come out?
PickleGame is in development and has no release date yet. Join the early access list and we will email you when you can play.
Which devices will PickleGame run on?
iPhone and Android phones. The game is played in landscape, and a left-handed layout is planned.
Is PickleGame free?
PickleGame is planned to be free to download with optional in-app purchases. There are no loot boxes, no energy timers and no ads during play. Every item has a fixed price.
Does gear affect ranked matches?
Yes. Paddles, shoes, wristbands and headwear give a capped stat boost in every mode, including ranked. Gear never changes court geometry or rule-legal ball physics, and every stat item can be earned with Coins from playing.
What rules does PickleGame use?
The 2026 USA Pickleball rules, including the kitchen (non-volley zone) rule and the two-bounce rule. Ranked and Quick Match use rally scoring. Career and Exhibition also offer traditional side-out scoring.
Can I play doubles?
Yes. At launch, ranked doubles pairs you with an AI partner against another player and their AI partner, and Team Doubles lets you control both athletes. Four-player online doubles is planned after launch.
What is a Crown Rating?
Your public skill number in PickleGame, from 2.00 to 8.00. You get it after 10 calibration matches (5 to 15, depending on how consistent your results are). Wins count, and so do rally margins and your opponents' ratings.
Is PickleGame affiliated with USA Pickleball or DUPR?
No. PickleGame is an independent game. It follows the published USA Pickleball rules, but it is not endorsed by USA Pickleball, and Crown Rating is not a DUPR rating.
